Hey, I’m Koyuki.
I’m a self-taught artist from Australia who’s been drawing for as long as I can remember but has been taking it serousily for 3-4 years now. Most of my art leans toward Illustrations, Character Design and Live2D models, with an Anime style focus.▸ Drawing Tablet: XP-Pen Artist 22 (2nd Generation)

Terms of Service

GENERAL
▶ The seller has the right to post the artwork on their social media and the right to stream the process of the commission
via twitch, unless discussed otherwise.
➥ Please request privacy earlier, as this will not change.
▶ The client will receive a full-resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.
The client must allow the seller to use the commission as part of their portfolio.
▶ Both personal and commercial works made by me are not allowed to be used in NFT or AI Training.
The client will be given 1 week to contact the artist for any issues and minor editing.
▶ In the case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., emergencies, exams), I will announce commission delays on my Twitter.

PAYMENTS
▶ There is a 5% Processing Fee of the total commission price.
▶ Payment will be via VGen Payments.I will only start the commission after the payment is paid in full.
▶ Partial payment can be discussed through DM.
For partial payment commissions, the customer will not receive the product until it is paid in full.
▶ Rush commissions are 1.5x-3 the base price of the commission.REFUNDS
▶ I reserve the right to decline any commission
▶ There are no refunds for the purchased goods. Once started, the order cannot be cancelled.

REVISIONS
▶ There will be no revisions for Illustration type commissions.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
▶ Commissions are for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.
Please let me know before I accept the commission if you intend to use the artwork for commercial use, as it will incur a higher fee.
▶ The client must credit the artist.
▶ The time scale of the commission will take from a few days to a few weeks,
depending on how long my queue is, the complexity of your request/desired character(s), and how tight my schedule is.
▶ The client does not have permission to resell any commissions I have done to another person without informing me first.
▶Posting on Patreon / behind paywall is +50% to +150% of base price.

LIVE2D MODEL
▶ This product does not include rigging unless requested.
➥ If you are working with DOU Studio, please let me know which rigger you are working with.
▶ The client must credit the L2D model artist and the L2D rigger.
▶The time scale for the commission will depend on the complexity of the model's design, taking up to 3 months during busy schedules.
